About the role

Americana Foods is seeking energetic and curious individuals to join the team as Market Research Assistants. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent high school or university graduates who enjoy being on the move, meeting people, and learning how retail environments operate across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Visit supermarkets and stores within your emirate to inspect product displays.
• Capture photos and complete checklists using the Shelvz mobile app.
• Record product availability, placement, visibility, pricing, and competitor activity.
• Identify trends and share observations with the research team.
• Assist in preparing short reports and presentations based on field findings.
• Provide feedback to improve the shopping experience for local consumers.

Required profile

• High school diploma or higher; 0–2 years of work experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to travel within your emirate for store visits.
• Valid UAE driving licence (preferred).
