Marketing Analyst / Senior Analyst (Bangkok, relocation)

About the role

Join Agoda's data‑driven Marketing team in Bangkok and help shape measurable, at‑scale programs that boost customer lifetime value. You will work on experimentation, predictive modeling, and performance reporting across multiple marketing channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run experiments to optimise ad structures, bidding and pricing on platforms such as Google, Bing, TripAdvisor and Trivago.
• Analyse large data sets from experiments and build predictive models to assess impact of TV campaigns, pricing elasticity and other levers.
• Develop and maintain dashboards that track campaign performance, surface insights and present recommendations to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, science).
• 2+ years of data‑analysis experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a fast‑growing global tech company.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to make fast, evidence‑based decisions and take ownership of impact.
