Marketing Analytics & AI Faculty Position

About the role

Canadian University Dubai is hiring an Assistant or Associate Professor in Marketing Analytics & Artificial Intelligence to join the School of Management for the Spring Semester 2026‑2027. The role involves teaching, research, curriculum development and engagement with industry.

Key responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in digital marketing, analytics, AI and related areas, ensuring up‑to‑date content and assessment.
• Supervise student projects, internships, graduation projects and postgraduate research.
• Develop and evaluate curriculum, contribute to accreditation activities (AACSB) and academic governance.
• Maintain an active research agenda, publish in peer‑reviewed journals and collaborate with industry partners.

Required profile

• PhD in Marketing, Marketing Analytics or a closely related field from a QS‑top‑500 university.
• Strong record of teaching effectiveness and research productivity, with publications in Scopus‑indexed journals.
• Relevant university‑level teaching experience and evidence of curriculum development.
• For Associate Professor level, additional experience in graduate supervision and AACSB processes is desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Python and/or R for data analysis.
• Experience with data‑visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of advanced analytical techniques: text mining, image analytics, topic modelling, clustering, social‑network analysis, machine learning, statistical modelling.
