Marketing and Business Development Advisor – Middle East

About the role

The Marketing and Business Development Advisor will support the Middle East practice, working closely with senior managers in Riyadh and Dubai. The role involves delivering projects aligned with regional business plans and the firm’s global strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage pitches, RFP responses and credentials, ensuring best‑practice approaches and conducting market and competitor research.
• Support client targeting and development initiatives, including client listening, feedback interviews and relationship management.
• Maintain and analyse marketing systems, CRM data, intranet content and the firm’s pitch log.
• Coordinate local client events, directory entries, award submissions and marketing communications such as newsletters and thought‑leadership pieces.
• Collaborate with other M&BD teams, PR and internal functions to cross‑sell capabilities and raise the firm’s profile.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of experience in business development or marketing, preferably in the Middle East.
• Strong understanding of commercial drivers, marketing processes and professional‑services environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a keen eye for detail.
• Proactive, team‑oriented attitude with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Graduate‑level education from a reputable institution.
