About the role

Leader Healthcare is looking for a Marketing and Communications Specialist to own the brand voice across all digital, content, event, and partner channels. You will help shift the marketing mix from event‑led to performance‑led by integrating content, digital, and partner engagement.

Key responsibilities

  • Carry the brand voice across every channel and define how Leader Healthcare appears in digital, content, events, and partner communications.
  • Plan and execute end‑to‑end event participation, including trade shows, roadshows, workshops, activations, and webinars.
  • Develop narrative-driven product launches, partner stories, and clinical outcomes.
  • Own digital and social strategy on LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Thread, X and email, using tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Later or Meta Business Suite.
  • Create monthly content calendars for product features, customer stories, partner spotlights, event content and executive thought leadership.
  • Lead co‑marketing initiatives with international brand partners.
  • Run paid social and search campaigns tracked via Google Analytics 4, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Looker Studio.
  • Manage brand websites, SEO improvements and quarterly audits using Semrush, Ahrefs or SurferSEO.
  • Produce marketing collateral with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma or Adobe Express.
  • Handle email and lifecycle marketing through HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo or Brevo.

Required profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or a related field.
  • 3+ years of B2B marketing, communications or PR experience (in‑house or agency).
  • Strong writing ability, capable of translating technical or clinical content into engaging narratives.
