Marketing and Public Relations Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing and Public Relations Supervisor to lead Braxtone Group’s branding, design, and communications initiatives. The role will shape the company’s market presence, oversee creative output, and manage relationships with media, government bodies, and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement branding strategies, maintain brand guidelines, and monitor market trends and competitor branding.
• Plan and execute social media calendars across platforms on a routine basis.
• Represent Braxtone Group at public, industry, and networking events to boost visibility.
• Supervise the design team, provide direction, collaborate with external agencies, and ensure all design outputs align with brand identity.
• Create internal and external marketing materials, including documents, event leaflets, proposals, and presentations.
• Manage all PR activities: press releases, media relations, corporate events, exhibitions, launches, and crisis communication.
• Coordinate PR strategies with other business divisions to ensure alignment with marketing initiatives.
• Act as primary liaison with government entities, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain positive relationships with officials.

Required profile

• Proven experience in brand management, public relations, and communications.
• Strong ability to lead design teams and collaborate with external agencies.
• Excellent stakeholder management, including media and government contacts.
