Marketing Automation Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Automation Analyst to own the end‑to‑end execution of omnichannel campaigns across Email, WhatsApp and SMS for a portfolio of 30+ world‑class exhibitions. The role ensures every campaign is delivered accurately, on time, and optimized for maximum engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Build, test and deploy 70+ weekly campaigns using Oracle Eloqua and integrated messaging tools, managing segmentation and A/B testing to improve open and click‑through rates.
• Create and maintain web forms and landing pages, ensuring seamless data flow into the CRM/marketing automation platform and proper UTM tagging for attribution.
• Design and optimise automated lifecycle journeys such as registration confirmations, abandoned cart sequences and post‑show follow‑ups.
• Conduct rigorous QA on all assets, monitor deliverability, and maintain database hygiene by managing unsubscribes and hard bounces.
• Produce weekly performance reports covering open rates, CTR, conversion rates and provide insights to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in a dedicated marketing automation role, preferably in an agency or high‑volume corporate environment.
• Hands‑on expertise with Oracle Eloqua (highly preferred) or comparable platforms such as Marketo or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Basic HTML/CSS skills for email template troubleshooting and landing page tweaks.
• Strong Excel proficiency for data cleaning and list management.
• Experience with WhatsApp Business API and SMS gateway integrations.
