Marketing & Business Development Associate Manager

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Marketing & Business Development Associate Manager to join our fast‑growing startup. The role is ideal for fresh graduates or early‑career professionals who love meeting new people, presenting products, and building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct engaging product demonstrations for prospective salons, clinics and beauty professionals.
• Present the platform’s features and benefits and persuade providers to join.
• Identify, approach and onboard new providers across the UAE.
• Travel throughout the UAE for client meetings and represent the company at networking events and exhibitions.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings and onboarding activities.
• Gather customer feedback and relay insights to product and operations teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; internships or experience in sales, marketing, customer service or events is a plus.
• Interest or experience in the beauty and cosmetics industry is beneficial.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid UAE driver’s license and own vehicle (strongly preferred).
