Marketing Business Partner – Specialist

About the role

Marsh UAE is looking for a Marketing Business Partner – Specialist to join its growing marketing team in Dubai. Reporting to the Middle East Marketing & Communications Leader, you will translate regional strategy into actionable market plans and drive thought‑leadership, campaigns and events across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop market‑level plans, timelines and deliverables that align with regional priorities and commercial goals.
• Lead end‑to‑end integrated campaigns across digital, content, events and internal communications, ensuring consistent execution and measurement.
• Own the thought‑leadership pipeline, creating and amplifying insight‑driven content with business leaders.
• Plan and support the strategic event calendar, coordinating with CEOs and senior stakeholders to ensure commercial relevance.
• Maintain brand governance, CRM usage and campaign tracking to provide clear performance insights.

Required profile

• 8‑10+ years of experience in marketing, communications or business development, preferably in professional services or financial services.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, senior stakeholders and complex, matrixed environments.
• Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills with a strong eye for detail.
• Fluent in Arabic; English proficiency desired.

• Proficiency with marketing tools, content workflows and digital channels.
• Strong project management and coordination capabilities.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing analytics.
