Marketing Campaign Manager

About the role

Talabat is seeking a strategic Marketing Campaign Manager to own and drive the growth agenda for its Food vertical in the UAE. You will shape the end‑to‑end marketing engine, align cross‑functional teams, and ensure every channel delivers on acquisition, reorder and retention targets while strengthening brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a 360° integrated marketing strategy (OOH, performance marketing, CRM, social, influencers, BTL, partnerships) to meet performance and brand objectives.
• Take full ownership of the UAE geography’s growth plan, budget allocation, campaign execution and consumer visibility.
• Make data‑driven decisions on channel mix, audience targeting and spend reallocation to achieve CAC/CARC goals.
• Track, measure and report performance end‑to‑end, turning insights into actionable next steps.
• Forecast budgets, build order forecasts by campaign and city, and manage mid‑month reallocations based on seasonality.
• Co‑manage co‑funded and partner‑funded marketing initiatives with the sales team, ensuring agreed returns and reporting obligations.
• Oversee the full customer lifecycle in partnership with CRM, aligning paid activities with acquisition, activation, reorder, retention and win‑back stages.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading growth‑focused marketing programs for a food or e‑commerce business.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic actions.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across product, sales, finance and operations.
