Marketing Communication Director

About the role

The Marketing Communication Director will shape and execute the company’s communication strategy, driving brand awareness and audience engagement across all channels. Reporting to senior leadership, you will lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure consistent, high‑quality messaging that supports business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an integrated marketing and communications plan aligned with corporate goals.
• Lead brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and communication guidelines.
• Plan, launch, and monitor multi‑channel campaigns (digital, social, print, email, events) while managing budgets and performance metrics.
• Oversee creation of content for web, social media, advertising, collateral, reports and presentations.
• Build and maintain media relationships, manage press releases, crisis communication and storytelling initiatives.
• Direct digital strategy, including website management, SEO/SEM, social media, and analytics dashboards.
• Mentor and develop the marketing communications team and coordinate with sales, product, HR and executive leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8‑12+ years of progressive experience in marketing communications, brand management and digital strategy.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage external agencies.
