Marketing Communications Manager II

About the role

The Marketing Communications Manager II will lead the development and execution of the property’s marketing plan, focusing on e‑commerce, brand visibility, and partnership building with tourism bureaus and community leaders. This full‑time position is based in Business Bay, Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive leisure marketing plan, including rate offers, packages, and promotional programs.
• Maintain and update all property websites, coordinate brand‑loyalty mailings, and produce brochures and collateral materials.
• Analyze DMA source‑market reports, guest lists, and campaign tracking data to inform marketing decisions.
• Manage the annual marketing budget, track ROI for online, direct‑mail, and print initiatives, and adjust allocations as needed.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all advertising, signage, and guest touchpoints.
• Represent the property on key internet travel sites and collaborate with convention bureaus and tourism chambers.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of sales or marketing experience, **or** an associate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market reports and campaign metrics.
