Marketing Communications Manager II

About the role

The Marketing Communications Manager II will lead the development and execution of the property’s marketing plan, overseeing e‑commerce initiatives and building strong relationships with tourism bureaus and community leaders. This full‑time position is based in Business Bay, Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive leisure marketing plan, including rate offers, packages, and promotional programs.
• Maintain and update all property websites and coordinate brand‑loyalty mailings, brochures, and collateral materials.
• Analyze DMA source market reports, guest lists, and campaign tracking data to provide actionable marketing recommendations.
• Manage the marketing budget, track ROI for online, direct‑mail, and print campaigns, and reallocate funds as needed.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all advertising, signage, and guest touchpoints.
• Represent the property on quality internet sites and collaborate with convention bureaus and tourism chambers.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of sales and marketing experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or a related field.
