Marketing Communications Manager

About the role

The firm is a leading venture capital and investment platform in the Middle East seeking a Marketing Communications Manager. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will shape the external narrative, strengthen market presence and engage investors, founders, portfolio companies and the broader venture ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the firm’s marketing communications and public‑relations strategy across the region.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Tier‑1 media outlets and PR agencies.
• Craft thought‑leadership content and position senior executives as industry voices.
• Manage investor communications, portfolio storytelling and corporate messaging.
• Oversee social‑media channels, website content and digital communications.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, events and ecosystem initiatives.
• Support crisis communications and reputation management when required.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in marketing communications, corporate communications or public relations.
• Background in venture capital, private equity, investment management or related financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Arabic is a plus.
• Established network with Tier‑1 media outlets and PR agencies in the GCC.
