Marketing & Communications Officer

About the role

The Emirates Golf Federation is looking for a creative, organised and proactive Marketing & Communications Officer to shape its digital presence and stakeholder engagement. Working closely with the Director of Operations, you will own the federation’s digital assets and ensure consistent, timely communication across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand the federation’s digital asset ecosystem, including website, social media and marketing platforms.
• Produce compelling content (design, video, copy) for all digital and print channels.
• Develop and execute integrated communication strategies that align with brand guidelines.
• Write and distribute press releases, newsletters and other stakeholder communications.
• Monitor and report on the performance of communication initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, Design or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in marketing and communications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design work, video production or content‑marketing campaigns.
• Proven ability to write clear, grammatically accurate copy in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Experience in the golf or sports sector is an advantage.
