Property Zone is looking for a creative, energetic and digitally savvy Marketing & Content Creator to strengthen its brand presence, create engaging content and support its real estate marketing activities. The role suits someone who enjoys social media, storytelling, digital marketing and real estate.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms.
• Shoot and edit property videos, reels and promotional content.
• Design creative posts, stories and marketing materials.
• Manage social media accounts and content calendars.
• Write engaging captions and property descriptions.
• Stay up to date on social media trends and real estate marketing.

Required profile

• Experience in content creation and social media marketing.
• Strong creative, photography and video editing skills.
• Knowledge of real estate marketing is an advantage.
• Creative, proactive and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut or Adobe editing tools.
• Social media management and content creation.
