Marketing Coordinator - Healthcare

About the role

Royal Women Hospital Abu Dhabi is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to plan, run and track marketing campaigns across print, digital and social media channels. The role also covers content creation, social media management, SEO and SEM, event coordination and reporting, working closely with doctors, staff and administration to support patient acquisition and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and track marketing campaigns across print, digital and social media to raise brand awareness, attract and retain patients.
• Create content for the website, blog, social media, brochures and newsletters, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and respond to community questions.
• Oversee SEO strategies and SEM efforts to improve online visibility.
• Conduct market research on trends, competitors and patient needs to refine marketing strategies.
• Coordinate community events, health seminars, webinars and conferences.
• Maintain consistent branding across all communications.
• Use analytics tools to measure campaign results and report KPIs such as website traffic, leads and social engagement.
• Work with doctors, staff and administration to align marketing with organisational goals and patient care standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 1-2 years of marketing experience, preferably in a hospital, medical centre, clinic or healthcare organisation.
• Experience in campaign coordination, digital marketing, corporate outreach, events and lead generation.
