Marketing Coordinator Internship – 1 Year Program

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Coordinator intern to join Shiseido’s UAE team for a 12‑month program starting January 2026. The role offers hands‑on experience supporting marketing operations, asset management and cross‑market activations in a fast‑paced beauty environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the allocation and tracking of Point‑of‑Sale Materials (POSM) across markets.
• Support order management on platforms such as AddsApp, ensuring timely approvals and follow‑ups.
• Maintain and organise brand assets, including visuals, guidelines, templates and POSM files for easy distribution.
• Raise, track and follow up purchase orders, and coordinate monthly office orders and inventory of marketing tools.
• Help markets and training teams with in‑store activations, from asset creation to on‑site set‑up.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to execute brand events, launches and retail activations.
• Consolidate marketing activity reports and contribute to a regional newsletter.
• Gather in‑store visuals and best‑practice examples for reporting and visual merchandising guidelines.

Required profile

• Enrolled in or recent graduate of a marketing, communications or related programme.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and support a dynamic team.

Required skills

• Familiarity with AddsApp or similar order‑management platforms.
