Marketing Coordinator

About the role

La Marzocco is looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join its small and energetic Middle East office in Dubai. The role covers events and brand activations, social media and digital marketing, brand coordination and support for product launches and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Create, plan and coordinate local events and brand activations such as showroom events, trade shows, product launches, workshops and community initiatives, managing partners, suppliers, invitations and on-site execution
• Lead the social media and digital presence, including content planning, copywriting, creative briefs, production coordination and publishing, adapting local content to global brand guidelines and supporting email marketing and CRM
• Coordinate with the global marketing team on paid media priorities, performance and optimisation
• Ensure the global brand positioning is consistently adapted to the Middle East market and share local learnings with the global team
• Support product launches and awareness of machines, grinders, accessories and services, working with the sales team on events, presentations and materials, and managing inventory and distribution of merchandise and promotional items

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Fluent English
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive, empathetic and able to multi-task

The position is available immediately, initially offered on a 6-month probation period.
