Marketing Executive – B2B

About the role

A fast‑growing B2B technology services business is looking for a hands‑on Marketing Executive to join its Dubai office. You will own campaigns from planning through to results, working closely with senior leadership and the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build and run B2B email campaigns – segmentation, copy, automation, A/B testing and reporting.
• Organise end‑to‑end events such as industry conferences, roundtables, client dinners and webinars.
• Manage LinkedIn content calendar, posts, thought‑leadership pieces and engagement.
• Create marketing collateral including case studies, one‑pagers, presentations and website updates.
• Collaborate with sales to generate and nurture leads and track pipeline.
• Report on campaign performance and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in tech, professional services or recruitment.
• Proven experience running email campaigns using platforms such as HubSpot or Mailchimp.
• Experience organising corporate events in the UAE/GCC.
• Strong English writing skills with attention to detail.
• Organised, self‑driven and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
