About the role
Join a leading bakery in Dubai to develop and execute a comprehensive 360° marketing strategy aligned with the brand. You will be responsible for driving brand positioning, managing campaigns, and leading events and digital initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a 360° marketing strategy covering online and offline channels.
- Lead brand positioning, messaging, and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Source, negotiate, and manage events, pop‑ups, brand activations, and sponsorships.
- Oversee social media strategy, content planning, and paid performance campaigns.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in F&B or hospitality.
- Expertise in 360° marketing (online & offline).
- Proven success in events, partnerships, collaborations and activations.
- Arabic speaking ability is a plus.
