Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Marketing Executive to own and execute high‑volume email and CRM programmes across 11 MENA markets. You will work within a fast‑growing corporate benefits platform that serves blue‑chip enterprise employees through a closed‑network app.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end email execution using Customer.io, including scheduling and personalising templated sends for 40+ vendor categories.
• Prepare and adapt visual assets in Canva to suit each market and campaign.
• Quality‑assure copy, image specifications and personalisation tags before every send.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to support vendor outreach and customer communications.
• Maintain a tight cadence across all markets to ensure timely delivery.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of hands‑on email or CRM marketing execution experience.
• Strong attention to detail – able to spot broken merge tags or incorrect images quickly.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus but not required.
• Execution‑focused mindset with the ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Customer.io (or comparable platform such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Braze).
• Canva for basic image editing.
