Marketing Executive

About the role

The Marketing Executive supports the Marketing Department by coordinating campaigns, digital activities, events and partnerships to strengthen brand presence and drive customer engagement, retention and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise, develop, manage and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns aligned with target audiences.
• Oversee SEO and performance‑marketing initiatives, ensuring optimisation for maximum results.
• Plan, organise and execute events and activities that generate leads, sales and brand awareness.
• Identify and manage effective PR channels and implement a comprehensive PR strategy.
• Develop and nurture partnerships and collaborations, delivering innovative campaigns.
• Conduct market research to monitor trends, consumer preferences and competitor activity.
• Work closely with CRM and sales teams to convert enquiries, manage customer data and nurture relationships.
• Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources efficiently and track ROI.
• Prepare regular reports, analyse campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.

Required profile

• Proven ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Experience in event planning and execution.
• Strong collaboration skills with sales, CRM and other internal teams.
• Analytical mindset for market research, performance analysis and budget management.
• Excellent communication skills to represent the brand internally and externally.
