Marketing Executive

About the role

The Marketing Executive will enhance and safeguard the hotel’s public image, focusing on strategic public relations and effective communication while supporting the broader marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies to strengthen the hotel’s reputation and media visibility.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, influencers, media partners, and key industry stakeholders.
• Draft press releases, media alerts, speeches, talking points, and official communication materials.
• Coordinate media visits, interviews, and FAM trips, preparing media kits and ensuring seamless execution.
• Create storytelling‑driven content for newsletters, blogs, internal communications and marketing collateral.
• Manage website content, online brand compliance, e‑marketing databases and email campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the hotel industry, preferably within a 5‑star property.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with stakeholders, colleagues, guests and external partners.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
