Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, organised and commercially‑minded Marketing Executive to join our Dubai team. This hands‑on role involves planning and executing multi‑channel campaigns, supporting lead generation and improving marketing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns (social media, email, paid ads, webinars, etc.) to generate qualified leads.
• Manage campaign assets, landing pages, forms and follow‑up journeys while monitoring performance and optimizing conversion.
• Support marketing automation and CRM workflows, maintain accurate lead data and improve system integrations.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to increase operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Experience in a marketing executive, digital marketing or campaign‑focused role.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Process‑driven mindset with capability to document, improve and implement workflows.
• Comfortable working with marketing data, reporting and performance metrics.

Required skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (or similar CRM platform).
• Microsoft Power BI and Power Automate.
• Zapier or other integration and workflow automation tools.
• Microsoft Customer Insights Journeys, Dotdigital or similar marketing automation platforms.
• Basic graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
