Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and results‑driven Marketing Executive to support marketing activities across our golf, hospitality, dining, and leisure experiences. The role focuses on content creation, social media management, and brand storytelling to boost guest engagement and business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Create and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and other platforms, including reels, stories and short‑form videos.
• Plan and execute photography and videography shoots for golf facilities, hospitality outlets, events and promotional campaigns, maintaining an organized asset library.
• Support marketing campaigns for tournaments, dining offers, seasonal promotions and member events, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
• Coordinate event branding, guest communications and promotional activities, attending events on weekends, evenings or public holidays as needed.
• Identify and manage collaborations with influencers, content creators and brand partners, monitoring performance and reach.
• Assist with digital advertising, website updates, and maintain accurate information on digital platforms and business listings.
• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports, track campaign results, conduct competitor research and maintain marketing calendars and budgets.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of marketing experience, preferably in golf, hospitality, hotels, resorts, leisure, sports or F&B environments.
• Strong understanding of golf, hospitality, leisure or lifestyle marketing and current social media trends.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work closely with operational teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with social media management platforms.
• Strong photography and videography skills.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (advantageous).
