Marketing Manager

About the role

The client seeks a Marketing Manager based in Abu Dhabi to lead brand, category, consumer and commercial marketing initiatives. You will work closely with the wider business to translate market insights into growth opportunities and bring new products to market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead marketing strategy across brand, category, consumer and commercial priorities.
• Collaborate with product development, R&D, innovation and manufacturing to take ideas from concept to launch.
• Identify market needs, spot growth opportunities and develop go‑to‑market plans for new products.
• Manage new product launches and ensure successful market entry.

Required profile

• 8+ years of marketing experience, preferably in Food or FMCG.
• Fluent Arabic speaker.
• Strong understanding of the food category and experience working with R&D and innovation teams.
• Proven track record of managing product launches and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Entrepreneurial, hands‑on mindset with ability to work with senior leadership.
• Good knowledge of GCC consumer and market landscape.
