Marketing Executive – Luxury Apartment Brand

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to promote the Marriott Executive Apartments brand on Sheikh Zayed Road. The role combines brand awareness activities, sales support and guest service within a luxury hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Promote internal and external brand awareness using sales techniques that maximise revenue while maintaining guest loyalty.
• Contact potential owners by telephone to arrange preview package sales tours and encourage bookings.
• Explain presentation details, verify eligibility, and manage complimentary gifts for guests.
• Perform general office duties such as filing, emailing, typing, faxing and handling messages accurately.
• Support management in training, evaluating, counseling and coaching staff, acting as a role model for fair‑treatment policies.
• Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality of proprietary information and uphold company policies.
• Welcome and assist guests, answer telephone calls with proper etiquette and prepare written documents.
• Develop positive working relationships, support team goals and ensure quality standards are met.
• Handle objects up to 10 lb and perform other reasonable duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least one year of relevant experience in sales or marketing.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Dubai.
