About the role
We are seeking a Marketing Executive to lead the promotion of our real‑estate development projects in Dubai. The role will design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that boost brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for real estate projects.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, SEO, and PPC.
- Coordinate property launches, promotional events, and exhibitions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Work closely with sales teams to generate qualified leads.
- Manage branding, advertising materials, and marketing content.
- Monitor marketing performance metrics and prepare reports.
- Liaise with agencies, media partners, and suppliers.
