Marketing Graphic Designer – Digital & Print

About the role

seca, a global HealthTech leader founded in 1840, is looking for a Marketing Graphic Designer (digital and print) to join its international creative team in Dubai. You will work directly with the US Marketing team on creative initiatives for the Medical and Fitness Body Composition markets, turning marketing objectives into engaging digital and print assets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce digital assets for landing pages, email marketing, social media, digital advertising and online campaigns.
• Create marketing collateral such as flyers, sales enablement materials, presentations and webinar graphics.
• Support Medical and Fitness Body Composition campaigns by turning creative briefs into audience-focused designs.
• Create motion graphics, micro-animations and short-form digital content for social media and campaigns.
• Adapt and localize global campaign assets for the US market while keeping the corporate design standards.
• Work with the US Marketing team on briefs, concepts, revisions and timelines, and with HQ's creative team to keep brand consistency.

Required profile

• Approximately 3-5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in a marketing team, creative agency or similar.
• Experience designing multichannel digital and print assets, with a grasp of layout, typography, visual hierarchy and brand consistency.
• Understanding of how design supports audience engagement, lead generation and campaign goals.
• Ability to read briefs, contribute ideas and manage projects independently from concept to production.
• Strong organization, attention to detail and ability to handle several projects and deadlines; open to feedback and revisions.
• Very good written and spoken English; German is a plus.
• Flexibility in working hours, with overlap with the US team's morning schedule.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Cloud: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and After Effects.
• Figma.
• Motion graphics and short-form video content.

Experience in healthcare, medical technology, fitness or wellness marketing is a plus. Only applications with a portfolio or selected work samples will be considered.
