Marketing Intern – AI & Digital Transformation

About the role

Innobayt helps businesses adopt AI through AI-driven applications, combining AI and IoT to deliver strategy, consulting, machine learning and industry-specific solutions. As a Marketing Intern, you will spend three months working alongside the team in Dubai, taking real responsibility and mentorship while shaping the company's brand.

Key responsibilities

• Help shape and run marketing campaigns and create content for digital platforms and social media
• Carry out market and competitor research and support the sales and customer-facing teams
• Support major events such as GITEX, solution showcases, roundtable conferences and product demos: plan logistics, prepare booth materials, presentations and demo setups, and manage invitations and tailored materials
• On event days, help set up, welcome guests, support live demos and convert conversations into leads for the sales team

Required profile

• Great communicator, curious about markets and trends, interested in marketing strategy, lead generation and branding
• Comfortable with social media and digital marketing tools, organized and eager to learn
• Enjoys events and is flexible with hours and venues; confident talking to visitors and prospects
• Studying or has completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field (preferred)
• Passionate about AI, technology and digital transformation, and able to work on-site in Dubai
