Marketing Intern

About the role

Join AccorHotel in Dubai as a Marketing Intern and support the team in delivering engaging campaigns and content across multiple channels. This role offers hands‑on experience in hospitality marketing while contributing to the brand’s responsible hospitality vision.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Support the management of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.
• Create engaging content for social media, websites, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Prepare marketing presentations, reports, and campaign performance summaries.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support marketing events, promotions, and brand activities.
• Design marketing materials using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Help maintain the company website and ensure marketing content is up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Creative thinking, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
• Good organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or other graphic design tools.
