Senior Marketing Manager – Advanced Wound Management

About the role

Smith+Nephew is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to drive growth of its Advanced Wound Management portfolio across Emerging Markets. You will work closely with the Marketing Director and regional/global teams to translate strategy into impactful market execution.

Key responsibilities

• Support development and execution of portfolio growth strategies aligned with the Emerging Markets vision.
• Contribute to annual strategic planning, portfolio prioritisation and investment recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to accelerate growth, strengthen profitability and expand market penetration.
• Drive market development and product adoption for Advanced Wound Device platforms such as PICO™, RENASYS™ and Versajet™.
• Execute Consumer Health marketing plans across pharmacy, retail, e‑commerce and omnichannel environments.
• Engage with key opinion leaders, scientific societies and healthcare institutions to support customer engagement and standards of care.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering or related field (MBA advantageous).
• 5–7 years progressive healthcare marketing experience, preferably in medical devices, advanced wound care, biologics or consumer health.
• Demonstrated experience in regional marketing, portfolio management and new product launches.
• Experience working within distributor‑led markets and exposure to emerging markets.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate strategy into effective market execution.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
