Marketing Lead

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Marketing Lead to build and scale the marketing function for a fast‑growing institutional financial services firm operating at the intersection of traditional finance, payments and digital assets.

Key responsibilities

• Own brand positioning, messaging and corporate communications, including PR and thought leadership.
• Develop and execute a B2B demand‑generation strategy across content, email, paid media, social, events and account‑based marketing.
• Identify priority customer segments, conduct market and competitor analysis, and translate insights into GTM tactics.
• Establish marketing KPIs, performance reporting and analytics to measure campaign impact and guide resource allocation.
• Build and scale the marketing team, processes and cross‑functional collaboration with Business Development, Product, Trading and senior leadership.

Required profile

• 5–12 years of experience in marketing, growth or go‑to‑market roles, with at least 5 years in financial services, fintech, payments or digital assets.
• Proven track record of building marketing capabilities from the ground up and generating measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data, AI and orchestration tools to drive decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to operate in both startup‑style and structured corporate environments.
