Marketing Manager – Cardiovascular (Gulf)

About the role

Amgen is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the cardiovascular brand portfolio across the Gulf region. You will shape and execute the national brand strategy, working closely with cross‑functional teams to drive brand performance and improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual brand plan, including all marketing activities and budget control.
• Partner with Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Sales, Supply Chain and other functions to maximize brand potential.
• Gather market insights through field visits and collaborate with the sales force to translate insights into tactical actions.
• Produce short‑ and long‑term financial forecasts and propose national sales targets.
• Coordinate competitive intelligence and lead action plans.
• Drive omnichannel and digital marketing initiatives.
• Recruit and manage external vendors for specific projects.
• Promote a culture of innovation and collaboration across the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in science or pharmacy.
• Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a track record of successful plan development and performance delivery.
• Strong analytical and project‑management skills.
• Ability to work in multifunctional, cross‑cultural teams and travel regularly.
• Fluent English (oral and written).
• Preferred: MBA, minimum 2 years experience in the Gulf pharma market, product launch experience.
