Marketing Manager - Data Centre

About the role

Ecolab is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead the promotion of its Data Centre services across the Middle East and Africa. You will shape go‑to‑market strategies for colocation, interconnection, cloud on‑ramps and hyperscale capacity, helping customers meet their digital infrastructure goals.

Key responsibilities

• Own, develop and execute a comprehensive Go‑to‑Market strategy for defined Data Centre offerings.
• Support sales growth, capacity utilisation and profitability through targeted marketing programmes.
• Partner with technical consultants to create value propositions for cooling solutions and other infrastructure needs.
• Provide the sales force with technical sales tools, training, competitive intelligence and actionable reporting.
• Deliver competitive intelligence on facility specifications (PUE, cooling technology, security) to counter rival offers.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure market leadership and alignment with regional business objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of experience in marketing within the Data Centre or related technology sectors.
• Proven ability to translate Voice of the Customer insights into strategic market actions.
• Strong strategic planning and execution skills with a focus on revenue and capacity targets.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with sales, technical and executive teams.
