Marketing Manager – Destination & Lifestyle

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing initiatives for Al Qana, a premier lifestyle, leisure, entertainment and dining destination in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on destination marketing to increase footfall, visitor engagement and commercial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and seasonal marketing strategies, including campaigns across digital, social, PR, influencers, outdoor media and events.
• Lead digital marketing, social media and content creation, managing paid media and monitoring performance metrics.
• Plan and deliver festivals, exhibitions, seasonal activities and destination-wide activations, working with agencies and partners.
• Create marketing initiatives for F&B, entertainment and leisure offerings, including cross-promotions and launch campaigns.
• Build strategic partnerships with tourism organisations, hotels, lifestyle brands and manage influencer collaborations.
• Coordinate with creative, media, PR and event agencies, manage budgets, timelines and ensure brand consistency.
• Track campaign performance, footfall, engagement and ROI, producing regular reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Hospitality, Tourism or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in destination marketing, hospitality, tourism, F&B, retail, leisure or entertainment.
• Proven track record of managing integrated marketing campaigns from strategy through execution.
• Experience handling agencies, budgets and multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong commercial understanding linking marketing activities to footfall, revenue and brand growth.
