Marketing Manager – Education (K-12 / Premium School)

About the role

We are seeking a strategic and hands‑on Marketing Manager to lead end‑to‑end marketing initiatives for our premium K‑12 school segment in Dubai. The role spans brand building, lead generation, and conversion, working closely with Admissions, Operations and external partners to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, content and offline channels to drive awareness, enquiries and enrolments.
• Own the full customer acquisition funnel, identify drop‑off points and implement optimisation strategies.
• Oversee lead management processes, ensuring seamless integration between website, CRM, automation tools and sales workflows.
• Develop and maintain clear positioning, messaging and brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Manage paid media on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta, track performance and optimise for ROI.
• Create and supervise content production, including copy, design and video, and manage community engagement.
• Build and nurture partnerships, events and community initiatives that support brand awareness and lead generation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external agencies to align marketing activities with enrolment targets.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of experience in marketing, preferably across digital and integrated marketing.
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels, lead management and conversion.
• Proven ability to work with CRM and marketing automation tools.
• Experience collaborating with admissions, operations and external partners.
