Marketing Manager – Fast‑Casual Food Brand in Dubai

About the role

Boga, a healthy fast‑casual food brand with three locations in Dubai and a fourth opening soon, is building its marketing function in‑house. We are looking for a Marketing Manager to own and activate the channels that directly engage our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and publish social‑media content (static posts and reels) from concept to posting.
• Plan and execute delivery‑platform marketing campaigns, listings and promotions on Talabat and Careem.
• Manage in‑app offers, push‑notification campaigns and drive traffic from aggregators to the Boga app.
• Maintain and optimise the website for accuracy, relevance and conversion.
• Organise community events to create a tangible presence around each store.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in social media and digital marketing.
• Hands‑on creator – able to shoot, edit and design content without relying solely on external agencies.
• Comfortable working with delivery‑aggregator platforms and app/CRM tools.
• Prior experience in the food & beverage sector is strongly preferred.
• Based in Dubai.

• Salary AED 16,000–18,000 per month, inclusive of housing and transport allowances.
