Marketing Manager – Food & Beverage (Luxury Hospitality)

About the role

Jumeirah is seeking a senior Marketing Manager to lead Food & Beverage (F&B) marketing across its signature outlets in Dubai. The role will shape and execute distinctive, experience‑led campaigns that elevate brand visibility, drive guest engagement and deliver commercial results in line with Jumeirah’s luxury positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement multi‑channel F&B marketing strategies that showcase each venue as a premier dining destination.
• Create inspiring campaigns that capture the essence of each concept while meeting revenue and brand objectives.
• Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing and F&B leadership to ensure creative and commercial alignment.
• Build and manage relationships with agencies, media partners and creative teams to maximise execution quality.
• Safeguard the integrity of the Jumeirah brand, ensuring all marketing assets meet the highest standards of creativity and visual excellence.
• Analyse campaign performance, extract insights and identify new opportunities to expand guest reach and business success.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of experience in luxury or hospitality marketing, with a strong focus on F&B concepts and experience‑led campaigns.
• Proven ability to design and launch impactful multi‑channel marketing initiatives that drive guest engagement and commercial performance.
• Strong commercial mindset with the capability to translate creative ideas into measurable revenue and ROI outcomes.
• Highly collaborative, proactive and comfortable partnering with operational teams, senior stakeholders and external agencies.
