Marketing Manager for Luxury Beach Club

About the role

We are seeking a creative and commercially‑minded Marketing Manager to lead the brand and guest experience of a luxury beach club in Dubai. You will shape the venue’s marketing strategy, drive digital engagement, and support revenue growth through innovative campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Plan and deliver seasonal campaigns, entertainment promotions, brand collaborations and special events.
• Manage the venue’s digital presence across social media, CRM, email, website content and paid advertising.
• Create compelling concepts and content that boost guest engagement and brand awareness.
• Oversee production of marketing assets such as photography, videography and promotional material.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, media, agencies and strategic partners.
• Collaborate with operational teams to ensure marketing supports the guest journey and commercial performance.
• Analyse campaign results, customer insights and market trends to optimise effectiveness.
• Control marketing spend to stay within budget while maintaining brand consistency.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of marketing experience in beach clubs, hospitality, nightlife, luxury lifestyle or similar consumer‑facing brands.
• Proven track record of delivering campaigns that increase brand awareness, guest engagement and commercial results.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, social media management, CRM, influencer marketing and content planning.
• Experience coordinating entertainment or event‑driven marketing campaigns is a plus.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
