Marketing Manager – Hotel & F&B Promotions

About the role

The Marketing and Communications Manager will develop and execute property‑level marketing initiatives for a hotel in Dubai Marina. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communication, the role drives brand‑consistent messaging across traditional, digital and social channels, with a focus on promoting food and beverage offers to guests and local patrons.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the annual marketing plan in line with budget, collaborating with the General Manager, F&B, Operations and sales teams.
• Design and launch targeted promotions and campaigns that generate incremental revenue from in‑house guests.
• Act as the liaison with advertising agencies to develop creative and media plans, especially for F&B promotions.
• Manage media schedules, monitor spend and ensure timely settlement of accounts.
• Coordinate with regional eCommerce and marketing teams to align digital, social and PR activities with overall sales strategy.
• Measure campaign performance through social engagement, sales impact and brand awareness metrics.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or related field with at least 4 years of relevant experience, or a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience.
• Experience in hospitality marketing or digital advertising is preferred.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with operations, sales and F&B teams.
