Performance Marketing & Growth Manager

About the role

Steer Well Auto is seeking a Performance Marketing & Growth Manager to own the digital customer acquisition strategy, turning marketing initiatives into qualified enquiries, sales opportunities and sustainable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok and other platforms, managing budgets for measurable returns.
• Develop lead‑generation strategies for vehicle sales, targeting retail customers, dealers, wholesale buyers and international export clients.
• Monitor performance metrics such as CPL, CAC, ROAS and create dashboards and reports for management.
• Optimize website landing pages, enquiry forms and conversion funnels, collaborating with sales, CRM and technical teams.
• Introduce new tools, test acquisition channels and continuously improve campaign efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in performance marketing, paid advertising and digital growth.
• Strong analytical abilities with confidence handling budgets, KPI tracking and data‑driven recommendations.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of campaign results and collaborate across functions.
• Professional proficiency in English.
