Marketing Manager, International (Dubai HQ)

About the role

UCL I Dr. Khaled is an international law firm operating in the UAE, Russia, Mauritius, Hong Kong and the UK, advising businesses and private clients on corporate law, international disputes and arbitration, private wealth and business structuring. The firm is growing fast and entering new markets, and is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead its international marketing from the Dubai headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the marketing strategy and annual plan, build and run the lead generation plan, track KPIs and manage the budget
• Lead marketing across the UAE, Mauritius, Hong Kong and the UK from Dubai HQ, adapt positioning to local markets and launch new offices quickly
• Organise conferences, seminars and client events, build media relationships and place publications
• Prepare and submit applications to Legal 500, Chambers, GAR and similar rankings, and improve the firm's positions
• Run social media strategy for corporate accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram, etc.), content plan, expert content and analytics
• Develop the brand book and guidelines, create presentations, brochures, proposals and one-pagers, develop the website and brief designers and contractors

Required profile

• 3-5+ years in marketing, ideally in B2B or professional services; law firm or legal consultancy experience is a strong advantage
• Proven experience launching a company or product in new, preferably international, markets
• Track record of marketing strategy and lead generation with measurable results, and of events and media relations
• Fluent English, including strong business writing; Russian and/or Arabic is a plus
• Ready to work from the Dubai office
