Assistant Brand Manager (Graphic Design Focus)

About the role

Dawam Business Solutions is looking for a motivated and creative Assistant Brand Manager with a graphic design background to join its marketing team. You will support the development and execution of brand strategies, create brand assets and marketing campaigns, and gain on-the-job experience in brand management and working with third-party agencies. The role sits within the Marketing department and reports to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing brand strategies and annual budgets.
• Track and finalize payments with the finance department.
• Help plan and run integrated marketing campaigns with suppliers and agencies, overseeing timelines, budgets and workflows.
• Organize and execute brand events and activations as needed.
• Ensure brand guidelines are followed so communications stay consistent.
• Prepare marketing reports, including activities and competitive reports.
• Design brand assets and marketing collaterals for internal communication and presentations, in liaison with department heads.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in graphic design or a related role.
• A strong portfolio showing branding, social media visuals and digital/print design.
• Fluent command of English.
• Any brand management experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Basic understanding of brand strategy, consumer behavior and marketing principles.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as social media and email marketing.
• Strong communication, collaboration and organizational skills.
