Marketing Manager – Iraq

About the role

The Marketing Manager for Iraq will lead the market’s full‑cycle marketing agenda, driving brand growth, innovation and ROI. Reporting within Coca‑Cola’s EME OU Marketing structure, the role blends local relevance with regional scale.

Key responsibilities

• Own the market ABP (Annual Business Plan) and brand & innovation plan development, alignment, execution and tracking.
• Lead portfolio‑wide E2E marketing initiatives, leveraging local agencies, bottlers and the IMX team.
• Manage market marketing performance, including ROI, P&L and RGM metrics.
• Drive insight‑based strategies, creative concepts, connections design and category positioning.
• Collaborate with OU‑wide projects while ensuring local execution speed and rigor.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of senior marketing leadership experience, including P&L ownership.
• Proven track record in insight analytics, brand portfolio strategy and complex program management.
• Strong commercial acumen; RGM experience is a plus.
• Growth‑mindset, curiosity and ability to operate in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment.
