Marketing Manager

About the role

BeanzBeanz, a premium coffee‑tech platform serving over 2,000 specialty coffee shops across the UAE, Oman, Qatar and Bahrain, is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager. You will own the brand’s campaigns, partnerships and overall marketing execution, turning leadership strategy into high‑performing, conversion‑focused initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute 360° integrated campaigns across ATL, BTL and digital channels, managing calendars end‑to‑end.
• Lead in‑app marketing programs, including banners, promos, push notifications and NCR initiatives.
• Develop seasonal and promotional campaigns that drive engagement and sales.
• Identify, negotiate and secure co‑marketing partnerships with lifestyle brands, gyms, offices and community hubs.
• Translate campaign briefs into actionable plans, track KPIs and report performance to the Head of Department.
• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and markets.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or standalone execution role.
• Proven track record delivering integrated ATL, BTL and digital campaigns.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to set targets, track KPIs and turn data into actionable decisions.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets.
• Experience building and using pivot tables for performance dashboards.
