About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the marketing agenda for a recognised international restaurant brand in the UAE. The role will drive brand perception, customer engagement and revenue growth across both online and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

  • Own and execute the annual marketing roadmap aligned with revenue and customer growth targets.
  • Develop full‑funnel strategies covering awareness, acquisition, conversion, retention and loyalty.
  • Maintain brand positioning across restaurants, digital channels, social platforms and delivery partners.
  • Lead digital performance campaigns on paid social and other acquisition channels, optimizing ROI.
  • Manage CRM and customer‑engagement programmes, including acquisition journeys, retention and re‑activation campaigns.
  • Oversee product launches, seasonal promotions and integrated campaigns with operational and commercial teams.
  • Optimise the customer experience on dine‑in, mobile app and aggregator platforms.
  • Lead, mentor and develop the marketing team while managing external agencies.
  • Own marketing budgets, forecasting, resource allocation and performance reporting.
  • Collaborate with operations, finance, supply chain and digital teams to ensure alignment.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
  • 5–8+ years of marketing experience in hospitality, restaurants, retail or consumer‑focused brands within the GCC.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
  • Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.
