Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead brand‑building initiatives for our specialty coffee house in Dubai. You will shape and execute campaigns that boost brand awareness, drive footfall to our stores, and support our e‑commerce and delivery channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
• Develop and manage the annual marketing calendar, product launches and seasonal promotions.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.
• Oversee social media strategy, content creation and creative asset production.
• Manage collaborations, partnerships and in‑store activations.
• Analyse performance data, track KPIs and provide actionable insights.
• Control marketing budgets and prepare regular reports for leadership.
• Work closely with cross‑functional teams to align marketing with business goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in F&B or hospitality.
• Strong brand‑management, campaign‑planning and digital‑marketing expertise.
• Experience creating and supervising content (copy, visuals, promotional materials).
• Ability to interpret data, track KPIs and translate insights into actions.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic is a plus.
• Organisational, project‑management and stakeholder‑management strengths.
• Comfortable working on‑site in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Genuine interest in specialty coffee and willingness to learn about the product.
