Marketing Manager

About the role

Bayat Group is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that boost brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth in Dubai. The role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution across both digital and traditional channels while managing a small team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across digital, social, email, and offline channels.
• Manage the marketing budget and report on ROI and performance.
• Oversee content creation, brand messaging, and creative assets.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and external partners.
• Track, analyse, and report on KPIs and campaign performance.
• Collaborate with sales to align lead generation and conversion efforts.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team.
• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of marketing experience, including 1–2 years in a managerial or lead role.
• Proven track record of managing successful multi‑channel campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and analytics.
• Experience with budget management and performance reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools for content production, campaign efficiency, and data‑driven decision‑making.
